MM. Rebeliyon Digital Services LTD ("we", "us") is a company registered in Cyprus. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or work with us, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email, company, phone (optional), country, and the message you send.
• When you visit the site: basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used only to keep the site running and secure.
• When you become a client: the information needed to deliver and invoice the work (contact details, project files, billing data).

Why we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver services, send invoices, keep legal records, and improve our website. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share data with trusted providers that help us run the business — email (Resend), hosting (Vercel), and payment providers when applicable. These providers act as processors under GDPR and may process data inside or outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as Cyprus tax and accounting law requires (currently 6 years). After that, data is deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
