These terms apply to the website and services of MM. Rebeliyon Digital Services LTD, a company registered in Cyprus. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
Using the website
You may browse the site for personal and business purposes. You may not copy our content, attempt to break the site, or use it for anything illegal.
Our services
When you hire us for a project, the specific deliverables, timeline, price, and payment terms are set out in a written quote or contract that we both agree to. Those project-specific terms take priority over this page.
Ownership
Once a project is fully paid, the final deliverables belong to you. We keep ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and know-how, and we may use non-confidential screenshots or descriptions to show our work.
Liability
We do our best to deliver quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Cyprus or EU law (including consumer rights).
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If we have a dispute we'll first try to resolve it amicably. If that fails, the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction — without affecting mandatory consumer protections you may have in your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
